Super Skinny Me pt 2
In this shocking documentary about the extreme lengths some women will go to lose weight, two average-sized journalists accept a challenge to whittle themselves down to a size zero within 5 weeks. With everything short of surgery and drugs at their disposal, the effects of the rapid weight loss and extreme dieting on these two women has to be seen to be believed.

These people are seriously dumb. No kind of special “celebrity” diet makes you lose weight than another. It’s just math.. 300 calories is 300 calories. What they should be worrying about is getting as much nutrition as they can in a small amount of calories.

If they’re supposed to be doing the extremes that anorexics do the second girl shouldn’t be eating 1500 cals. That’s how much I eat. She should be eating 500-200. That’s what most anorexics/resricters do.

ive never counted calories, and so far ive maintained a healthy weight. 6 foot and 11 stone.

detox places make …
detox places make you lose a lot of weight but it’s just (literally) and water weight. you’ll gain it all back in a few days and you’ll have a few hundred dollars less in your wallet.

yea, they show that even though the eating disorders are dangerous, it can help you squeeze into a 00 jean. when i wonder if my ED (anorexia) will get me into a 00 jean, i remember this documentary and keep on starving myself. thanks, BBC

i agree, most of the people (including myself) who watch these programmes already have some kind of eating problem/disorder, these programmes are very triggering to become even thinner.

Hmmmm … I think you should eat.. Not eating kills your muscles and slows your metabolism.. try… not counting what you eat and Enjoy food.

i think 1500 cals …
i think 1500 cals is way to much! if i eat more than 900 cals a day i feel so full and fat. i usually have between 300-600 cals a day
