This Medical air mattress is designed to heal bedsores for up to and including stage 3 decubitus ulcers. This 8″ alternating pressure replacement mattress system heals bedsores and prevents pressure sores. The mattress massages the epidermis while continuously changing contact points with the skin’s surface. The mattress alternates allowing blood flow to reach all areas on the body to heal bedsores. The built in low air loss feature circulates airflow to keep the patient dry preventing moisture build up and skin breakdown. This new medical air mattress system incorporates WHISPER QUIET; pump technology that produces consistent airflow. The newly designed pump uses a special patented “vibration isolating feature” that insures the patient rests easily, without feeling the pumps vibrating action. Eliminate having to turn the patient at night. The product is designed to be used in the prevention, treatment and management of Pressure Ulcers. The WHISPER QUIET, pump produces consistent air flow.
