This video is very …
This video is very helpful. It’s so sad that there is so much obesity in America. I bet a lot of people who watched this couldn’t care less and will keep going to McDonalds every day or every other day. It’s almost depressing.
By the way, why not canned/frozen vegetables? I thought it doesn’t make a difference besides maybe a little less taste.

There is no …
There is no recommended daily allowance (RDA) for sugar. Weight loss surveys have shown that diets containing very small amounts of sugar are less easy to stick to.
Official US Guidelines advise a maximum of 40g refined sugar for every 2000 calories consumed. This equates to 8 percent of calories. An approximate daily intake is around 2000 calories for women and 2500 for men although this very much depends on your current BMI, age and amount the of exercise you take.

i respect your …
i respect your opinion. however, as mentiond in your commnet eating more fruits help lose weight but eating to many can cause excess nutrients which eventualy leads to percipitaion of mineral solutes from the blood (kidney stones). So controling food consumption and healthy eating lead to a healthy diet and weight loss. great video. Thanks for your reply.

Processed foods = …
Processed foods = Garbage in, garbage out, equaling poor health.
Which is why we need to pay atteneion to the glycemic index and balance the right amount of fruits to vegies, it’s really quite simple if we care enough to educate ourselves to what that balance is… I had type 2 diabetes and completely cured it by eating the type of foods Natalie is recommending!
